Big Taco Bake

2 lbs. hamburger

1/2 c. onion

1/4 c. green pepper

2 packet taco seasoning

1 small jar taco sauce

1 1/2 c. bisquick mix

1 1/4 c. milk

3 eggs

1 c. shredded cheese

Preheat oven to 400ºF. Brown hamburger; add onions, green peppers, taco seasoning and taco sauce. Spread into 9x13 pan. Combine bisquick, milk and eggs. Pour over top of hamburger mixture. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove (leave oven on) and spread a layer of sour cream (the rest can be used to serve on side) and sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven until cheese is melted. Once cheese is melted remove from oven, for the last time, and top with favorite taco toppings! Lettuce, tomatoes, olives, green onions, etc. Serve and Enjoy!!
